The Vital Experience juices are shipped frozen to help maintain freshness during transit.
Orders are typically shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Additional shipping days may be added as needed based on order volume and operational capacity.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
To ensure product quality, customers are encouraged to be available to receive their package upon delivery and refrigerate juices immediately upon arrival.
Current shipping minimums may vary by region. West Coast orders may qualify for lower minimums, while East Coast orders may require larger minimum order quantities due to transit time and shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
